We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are looking for a **strong supervisor or previous area supervisor **to join our New South Wales team in a Full Time and permanent Area Supervisor position, based in Sydney CBD and also supporting ACT.

To be considered for this full time role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **strong team leader** with **excellent written and verbal communication, an ability to think creatively **and **lead in a diverse and ever changing environment. **You will be self motivated, driven to exceed targets, collaborative in your approach and ideally have previous experience leading a team.

Some of your key **Area Supervisor** responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage the five onsite teams of one of our key contracts in NSW/Canberra (1 HUB in Canberra), including the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Complete schedules / rosters to ensure delivery of core cleaning requirements
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Schedule periodicals with clients
- Maintain and grow client and key stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure quality expectations are being met by leading inspections on a regular basis.
- Work according to set budgetary constraints, thereby retaining profitability.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed within the business and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.
- Responsible for ensuring all accidents and incidents within area if responsibility is reported, investigated and actions (including training) is completed and closed out within agreed timescales.
- Identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring actions are completed in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager or Managing Director or defined in the quality or other management systems.
