The Branch Supervisor is wholly responsible for the operation and success of the branch.
- Highly motivated, adaptable & dynamic
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels, both internally & externally.
- Strong PC skills and generally computer literate.
- Ability to manage a challenging workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of OH&S principles and legislation
- Possess a strong focus on meeting or exceeding customers' expectations
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service responsibilities:
- Handling of all customer communications
- Entering sales orders into the system accurately and promptly as received.
- Providing technical and sales support for customers.
- Following up on leads and referrals.
- Commitment to understanding the company's complete product range.
Warehouse responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist the store person
- General warehouse duties
- Receiving & receipting
- Picking, packing & Invoicing
- Managing the annual stocktake
Working within a small team, your primary focus is the running of the WA branch in keeping with NORMA's company objectives always maintaining a strong customer focus ensuring deliveries are 'On Time, In Full and Correct'.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will be required to have experience with an ERP system preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX but not essential.
