**About the role**

This role is a wonderful career opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills looking to change career paths or upskill:

- A key focus on customer service
- An eagerness to learn new skills including frame and sunglass selection and adjustments
- Be fluent in English and Vietnamese or Cantonese
- Reception duties including appointment bookings, phone answering and enquiries
- Support with the entering, delivering and checking of frames and lens orders
- Saturday availability is essential

Optical experience is not required but retail sales experience is necessary.

Full training and support will be provided.

Employment commences immediately. Salary will depend on previous retail experience.
