About The Role
This is a permanent part-time role, working Sunday - Tuesday. Where you will be supporting the daily operations of the florist by providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with enquiries, and ensuring the shop remains welcoming, clean, and well-organised. This role is responsible for upholding SMCT's high standards of quality, presentation, and service while delivering a professional and positive experience for all customers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by consistently modelling SMCT values.
  • Have demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability in operating point-of-sale systems and standard computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, cash handling, and maintaining records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via email and phone.
  • A proven ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for achieving and exceeding the customer service experience
