The C&I Team’s purpose is to
- Attract and retain Commercial & Industrial customers, providing exceptional service across the entire customer life-cycle
- Lead the Clean Energy Transformation by offering Energy Solutions to customers that enable them to become more energy-efficient, lower their energy usage and move towards a cleaner energy option
- We are customers’ trusted energy partner.

We do this by putting the customer as the centre of what we do providing great service, products, innovation in solutions and data insights to customers. This has enabled the C&I Team to achieve outstanding Strategic Net Promoter Score ratings from its customers, highly engaged staff plus returned value to EnergyAustralia.

The C&I Team’s Energise Plan provides flexible working arrangements to enable members to be at their best to deliver outcomes and objectives for our customers, stakeholders and one another. The C&I Energise Plan has been designed by the Team for the Team.

**About the role**
C&I Energy Solutions works at the forefront of the energy transition with our largest energy customers, solving problems by listening to them then developing and selling bespoke solutions (including behind the meter).

Reporting to the Head of C&I, you will form and lead Agile squads to consult with customers and understand their needs. You will develop end-to-end concepts and solutions and sell them to our C&I customers. Complete handover to EnergyAustralia’s Operations team for fulfillment will ensure your success.

Your ability to plan and implement plans/initiatives will help you gain a real commercial advantage. This is a truly independent role where you high-level transformative leadership experience and the capability to lead matrix teams of specialists in a complex external and internal environment.
