**Hours of Work**

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- A completed or in-progress **ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma** in Early Childhood Education
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar role
- A valid Victorian **Working with Children Check**:

- A current **National Police Clearance** (no older than 6 months)
- Approved **First Aid & CPR qualification** including asthma and anaphylaxis management
- **Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting** training
- **Food Handling** certification
- A **positive, team-focused attitude**:

- A commitment to **inclusive and ethical practices**:

- The ability to work with **children of all age groups**:

- Basic knowledge of **EYLF** and **NQS**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal** skills
- Ability to provide two responsive professional referees when requested.
- A genuine **passion for early childhood development**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Support and implement a high-quality educational program
- Build respectful, inclusive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Uphold the **National Quality Framework**, the **Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics**, and our **service philosophy and policies**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 37 per week
