As a Temporary Full-Time Educator, you’ll work closely with our Educational Leader and Room Leaders to support children’s development, learning, and wellbeing in a collaborative and caring environment. **Contract Duration**

This is a **temporary full-time position** ending in **December 2025**. Standard full-time hours apply, and exact scheduling will be discussed with successful applicants.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- A completed or in-progress ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- A valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- A current National Police Clearance (issued within the past 6 months)
- Approved First Aid & CPR qualification including asthma and anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting training
- Food Handling certification
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to inclusive, ethical practices
- Flexibility to work with all age groups
- Basic understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Two responsive professional referees

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families
- Contribute to and implement educational programs and routines
- Build respectful, inclusive relationships with children, families, and educators
- Uphold the National Quality Framework, Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics, and the service’s philosophy and policies

Pay: $30.00 - $36.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
