**About the business and the role**
**Anne Sgro Children's Centre** is newly renovated 80 place non-for-profit long day care Centre and Kindergarten, managed by a Committee of Management in partnership with the licensee.
Our Centre operating hours are 7am till 6pm Monday-Friday.
We are currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic and flexible **Early Childhood Educators** to join our team of relief staff.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Have a positive and flexible approach to your work and towards others
- Be proactive and a multitasker.
- Have knowledge and understanding National Quality Framework including National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Educational and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
**Skills and experience**
We are looking for a casual staff member to join our team with availability from Monday - Friday in line with our Centre's opening and closing hours 7am-6pm.
- The applicant must have: _
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Certificate III or Diploma qualified
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check
- Police check
- Child protection training
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coburg VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
