**About the Role**

As a Support Worker, you will provide direct support to NDIS participants to enhance their independence, wellbeing, and community participation. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, and supporting clients to achieve their individual goals.

This position offers flexible working hours across weekdays and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver person-centred support in line with NDIS plans and goals.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic duties, and meal preparation.
- Support participants to engage in community, social, and recreational activities.
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working with people with disability (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.

**Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver Licence and reliable transport.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Australian work rights.
- Client preference of Asian or European

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
