**Essential**:

- **Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.**
- Proven expertise in reception and administrative operations, as well as providing excellent customer service in these jobs.
- Possess a positive, warm, pleasant, and engaging demeanour that will contribute to Sunny Care high standard services.
- Excellent listening skills to understand what consumer are saying the first time.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to empathise with consumers and their representatives.
- Organised, dependable, efficient, and capable of multitasking.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations involving customers and residents.
- Proven ability to communicate with visiting health professionals, as well as external contractors and suppliers.
- Proven willingness to adapt to changing situations and tasks on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health & Safety practices and principles.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team as well as alone when necessary.
- Data entry experience using financial, payroll and other database systems.
- Proficiency in the use of technology including computers, software programs, such as Microsoft Office, or the willingness and ability to learn.

**Desirable**:

- Precious experience as an administrator working in a dynamic, changing and fast-pace environment.
- Previous experience working in a residential aged care facility.
