Australia’s most established wedding stationery designers are looking for an energetic shopfront and phone-based sales representative.

Working from our stylish showroom, located in the heart of the Sydney Road Brunswick bridal precinct in Melbourne, you will be presented with a dynamic sales role, both face to face and over the phone.

Some wedding experience would be advantageous but not essential.

The role is a diverse mix of face-to-face and zoom/over-the-phone-based sales environments.

No cold calling is involved (warm leads list will be provided).

**Your role will involve**:

- Showroom consultations
- Taking down briefs and conceptualising ideas
- Inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting campaigns
- Follow up on quotes, leads, prospects
- Coordinate with designers and hand over briefs
- Create relationships with wedding vendors - stylists, venues

**About You**:

- Excellent communications are essential
- Preferably you will have some prior sales experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Familiar with the use of CRM systems
- Problem-solving attitude
- A fast learner with computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
- Some bridal experience would be advantageous
- Willing to work half-day Saturdays during peak season

This is a permanent full time for the right applicant, will consider part-time.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
