We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for an experienced Learning Designer to join our team, this role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning Designer will be a part of the highly motivated & engaged Education Content & Strategy team. This position will be working on a critical program of work creating relevant and contemporary learning activities. This will include developing learning activities for Continuing Professional Development, CA Program Subjects, and other work-related learning to equip CA professionals with the ‘work-ready’ skills demanded by business and employers.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively with key SMEs to transform content into best practice learning experiences, using a wide range of delivery methods.
- Design quality engaging content to reflect learning objectives, time, and scope constraints, meet regulatory and membership standards.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and vendors throughout the design, development, and delivery stages of the project.
- Ensure the design is delivered to the specified quality standards, and with instructional design integrity.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an accomplished Learning Designer with excellent communication skills who can work autonomously and thrives in a collaborative work environment.
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
- 5 years + experience in developing learning solution in various types of media including all types of digital and blended learning.
- Education in a relevant field and/or equivalent business experience.
- Ability to conceptualise learning solutions including prototype designs, sample websites and virtual classroom.
- Highly developed research, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
