**Collaborative Course Design**
Work with Subject Matter Experts to co-create inclusive, engaging, and accessible course content across all delivery modes.
- ** Curriculum and Standards Alignment**
Ensure alignment of learning outcomes, activities, and assessments with AQF levels, institutional frameworks, and national standards.
- ** Learning Experience Development**
Build modular course structures and interactive learning assets using educational technologies and design tools.
- ** Pedagogical Consistency and Innovation**
- ** Technology and Compliance**
Use LMS and edtech tools to deliver content that meets accessibility, copyright, and quality standards.
- ** Assessment Design**
Partner with academic staff to design authentic, scaffolded, and integrity-focused assessments aligned to learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Postgraduate Degree in learning design, education technology, or a related discipline. Experience designing and developing curriculum in higher education.
- Experience with online and blended learning pedagogies.
- Skills in using and developing in LMS platforms (preferably Moodle).
- Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), educators, and compliance teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for instructional writing and stakeholder engagement
- Skill in evaluating learning effectiveness using data and learner feedback
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and pedagogical trends

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience working in a course innovation team
- Familiarity with learning analytics, micro-credentials, or competency-based design
- Multimedia production skills (video editing, graphic design, etc.)
