**About the Company**
Our client is a well-established and growing valuations firm who work across a broad scope of commercial valuation types and asset classes (retail, industrial, office, etc).

They are seeking a Commercial Valuer (CPV) to join their team on a permanent basis, with excellent opportunities for growth

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Working as a Commercial Valuer, you will work across a range of different asset classes and valuation reports with the mentorship of Associate Directors/ Directors.

Duties include:

- Market research & analysis of comparable properties
- Property inspections, report writing and preparation
- Working in a team and coordinating tasks
- Maintaining relationships with clients

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will be CPV with a hunger to learn and grow. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications/ education in property or valuations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
