National Skin Cancer Centres (NSCC) are unique medical practices, purpose-built and dedicated to delivering effective, rapid and affordable access to diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and related conditions. NSCC are seeking a Practice Manager with experience in medical and/or cosmetic practice who is ready to join a supportive and progressive company with a great network of managers.

The Role

This is the perfect role for a Practice Manager with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives and delegate within a vibrant and effective team. This role will be based at the Sunshine Coast Skin Cancer Centre where the key responsibilities will be to lead the team, grow the business and oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic. This is a full time role, the clinic is currently staffed from 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Other key responsibilities for this role include;
- Manage, support and mentor the team to ensure smooth operations
- Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinic
- Lead customer service excellence
- Induct and train new team members
- Develop and grow the clinic
- Time on Reception to support the team
- Actively support marketing efforts
- Account and budget management

Your Background/ Qualifications:

- Experience in a Practice Manager role or similar role within the Healthcare and/or Cosmetic industry
- Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience using practice management software is desirable
- Strong customer service skills and understanding of the ethos of patient care
- Ability to manage key expense lines to budget and focus on achieving KPIs
- Brilliant people management skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- Experience in staff inductions, training, rostering and the onboarding of new doctors
- Mindset for business development, innovation and growth
- Authorised to work in Australia
