**Disability Support Worker - Catherine St, Boronia (Supported Independent Living - SIL)**

- There are 2 permanent part-time positions at Catherine St, Boronia
- **Position #1** is 41 hrs/fortnight (**see roster line here**: Vacancy 1 - Catherine St.xlsx)
- **Position #2** is 40.5 hrs/fortnight (**see roster line here**: Vacancy 2 - Catherine St.xlsx)
- You will work as a team in an accommodation setting (Supported Independent Living)
- You will support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centered approach

As a **Disability Support Worker** in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal - to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
