About Us
Tenkomori Ramen House is a popular Japanese casual dining brand expanding across Sydney.
We are opening a new location at Hornsby Westfield Food Court and are looking for passionate and reliable Managers / Team Leaders to join our team.
The new store will also feature a café area, and you will be involved in café operations such as preparing and serving drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team during service to maintain smooth daily operations
- Manage shop opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control and ordering
- Support training and onboarding of new staff to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Operate the café area, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service and solve issues quickly to ensure a great guest experience
- Monitor sales and workflow to help improve team efficiency and service speed
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English skills (able to communicate with customers and team members)
- Valid visa for 12+ months preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, café work, kitchen or retail is highly regarded
- Positive attitude, reliability and hands-on leadership style
