**What’s the gig?**

**What do we need from you?**
- A current RSA certificate.
- Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Previous fine-dining waitressing etiquette and experience is highly regarded.
- Cash handling skills and EFT/POS processing experience.
- Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- Good availability for shifts and flexibility to work across a 7-day rotational roster.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment or food premises is preferred.
- Previous experience with food handling and good hygiene practices.

These roles also involve manual handling, therefore good physical dexterity is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work.
