**What’s the gig?**

Our **Commercial Team** are searching for motivated, energetic and outgoing team players to join us on a Casual basis. The role of a **Theme Park Employee** offers a unique and dynamic opportunity to gain experience across various commercial outlets. Successful applicants will receive training in Retail, Photographics, and/or Food and Beverage services. At the heart of this role is the commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our commercial operations.

**What do we need from you?**
- Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills
- Cash handling skills and EFTPOS processing experience
- Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative; and
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willing to obtain one

This role involves manual handling which requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual duties. Flexibility is crucial, as shifts will be scheduled across a 7-day roster. **Availability for weekend work, evening work and school holidays is essential.**
