My client is a highly profitable multinational business that is people and customer centric with a clear strategy for growth. This is an exciting time for an exceptional leader to join the group and manage the finance team across Australia and New Zealand. The role will have 3 direct reports and a broader team of 15 across ANZ so they are looking for an exceptional leader who has proven experience building, leading and managing a high achieving, collaborative team.

Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Manage key relationships with peers and senior leaders across the Group.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all statutory and management reporting
- Responsible for all tax compliance including tax returns, FBT, PAYG and WHT between AU, NZ and UK
- Ensure reporting and quarterly forecasting aligns with Head Office.
- Have oversight and effective management of Payroll with responsibility for the accuracy of all data being produced by the team.
- Presenting and providing commentary at monthly management meetings providing accurate and timely updates to senior management.
- Drive and have a continual focus on finance process improvements and automation across the business
- Contribute to the group strategy and commercial targets.
- Lead the development and growth of the finance team
