**Property Valuer**

Marsh is seeking a talented Property Valuer to join our dynamic team in the Brisbane office. As part of Marsh Valuation Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations for property assets across the Pacific Region. If you are driven and growth-focused, we want to hear from you**

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Travel intrastate nationally for key client commitments as needed.
- Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, providing expert advice on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.
- Lead small, complex, and unique projects while collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

**What you need to have**:

- AAPI with CPV qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing property valuations.
- Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.
- Strong business development skills with a growth-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A logical and analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
