Senior Property Valuer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our market-leading team, working across Queensland and New South Wales (occasionally further afield). This role offers the chance to take on diverse valuation projects, lead with confidence, and represent a respected firm in the financial reporting and insurance property industry.

Unlike many valuation roles, we do not undertake mortgage valuations. Instead, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of property types and enjoy opportunities to expand your skills, travel, and work flexibly from home.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Conducting autonomous market valuations across residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, with clear audit-ready reporting.
  2. Performing site inspections, measuring assets, and undertaking condition assessments (including buildings, park structures, and land).
  3. Delivering professional, high-quality reports.
  4. Travelling for projects (primarily QLD & NSW, with some other interstate work).
  5. Working remotely with the support of a collaborative team.

What we're looking for:

  1. Proven valuation experience (residential and commercial/industrial essential).
  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in property or a related field.
  3. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and iPad-based integration software.
  4. A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to new technology and ways of working.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional client service approach.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  7. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing deadlines.
  8. Driver's Licence and proximity to a major East Coast airport (desirable).
