**Cleaning Supervisor - 2 positions**

**About the Role**

We are looking for two Cleaning Supervisors to assist the Regional Manager with coordinating daily cleaning operations at two premium retail outlets -**Capalaba Park & Sunnybank Plaza QLD**. These hands-on roles involves performing general cleaning duties, supporting team members, and helping with minor roster and task adjustments. Ideal for an experienced cleaner looking to grow into a team support position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
- Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
- Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
- Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
- Report hazards and incidents
- Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)
- Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry
- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
- Able to work independently and in a team

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Australian work rights (unlimited)
- First Aid (desirable)
- QLD Driver's Licence
- Available to work Mon-Fri
