**The Role & Project**

Are you a talented **Service Exchange Manager** seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts **“People First”** In this role you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers services to our valued clients.

Working with the Long-Term planning team, to oversea and manage the coordination, sourcing and supply of exchange components; and overseeing a small team of specialists to manage the department. The purpose of the role is to maintain and track the MACA ‘service exchange program’ components The work is located in our corporate facility in Welshpool, close to all major transport links and with onsite parking.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Approve Purchase Orders for repairs of used returned components
- Review vendor repair quotes, scope and documentation.
- Visit suppliers and inspect components under repair
- Management of warranties
- Report monthly to operation management team on credits and core returned values.
- Liaise with sites for Late Core Returns
- Manage the integrity of the data in the ERP system in relation to components under management
