We are a vibrant sushi store committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sushi and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Fast Food Retail Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customers receive prompt and high-quality service.

Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.

Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning staff to specific duties.

Interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss, and promote staff, resolving grievances as needed.

Instruct staff on handling difficult or complex sales procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as necessary.

Ensure food are correctly priced and attractively displayed.

Enforce safety and security procedures within the store.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail or food service supervision.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
