**The Role**
- We're looking for a hardworking, results-focused Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. We adopt a collaborative work-style, striving to build and expand brand awareness through reaching potential customers across ANZ.

A Digital and Social Media Specialist for us is someone who can do the following:

- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords. This includes creative concepts, ensuring strategies align with business goals, media spend management and analysis.
- Evaluation of opportunities to seek new audiences and to drive prospect traffic to the Tall Emu website
- Collaborate with teams within MYOB to optimise Tall Emu's digital presence across both brands
- Continuous review of landing pages and onsite performance to optimise conversion rates
- Retarget site visitors who have not converted and develop test plans to optimise messaging and CTAs

**What Makes you a Great Fit**
- Proven experience of creating & increasing demand in an ecommerce environment. Bonus points for experience marketing for software products.
- Expert level with Google Ads and social media having created and managed campaigns.
- Previous experience with optimising landing pages & conversions and running a continuous test & learn program.
- Proven experience with campaign management toolsets
- Successful in driving previous acquisition strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Planning and managing projects in a cross functional environment
- Strong analytical and modelling skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.
