**Your Role**:
Looking to hire a Tech Lead to spearhead cutting-edge communication technologies, guide engineering teams, and shape scalable, future-ready solutions. Join us to lead innovation where tech meets strategy.

In this role you will play a key role in:

- Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Oversee code quality, enforce best practices, and guide the team in adopting modern technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Align technical initiatives with Smartcom’s long-term goals and product vision.

**Your Profile**:

- 10+ Years of IT Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Application Development work experience
- At least 8 years' (including hands-on) experience in Thunderhead/SMART Communication
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a client server environment
- Demonstrated ability for hands-on project work
- Experience with SMART Communication Batch and On-Demand/Ad-Hoc processes integrations
- Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Should be able to manage & guide technical teams & provide guidance by taking the lead
- Experience in Java or.Net programming and design techniques
- Solid XML and Schema experience
- Experience integrating with upstream systems and data transformation (Guidewire Insurance Suite and applicable accelerators necessary)
- Experience integrating with Document Management Systems (FileNet, Documentum, etc.)
- At least one legacy to SMART Communication migration experience
