Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.

**The Role**

As the **Structural/Mechanical/Concrete Checker** reporting directly to the **Drafting Manager**, you will be tasked with checking structural, concrete and mechanical design drawings to ensure that they achieve design outcomes for each project.

**The Structural/Mechanical/Concrete Checker **is responsible for:

- Checking drawings for compliance with client expectations, standards, specifications and procedures
- Checking drawings for constructability, fabrication and availability of materials and vendor information
- Manage workloads to ensure tasks are met. Liaising with project team personnel where required, to produce accurate design documentation
- Liaising with relevant disciplines to ensure design coordination of multi-disciplined projects
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Minimum 15 years design experience and checking in a Process Plant Design environment
- Extensive use of 3D CAD systems
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - certificate or diploma in Structural or Mechanical Design
- Knowledge of current design and detail drafting standards
