Bethanie Community provides a wide variety of home support services to clients covering day to day living needs in their own homes including personal care, domestic and gardening services, respite services and social centre programs in Geraldton, Perth and in the South West. You will join a team of people who are passionate about getting to know the people they care for, resulting in better quality of life and health outcomes for community clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and flexible individuals to join our Bethanie Community team in the capacity of **Support Worker** for the Perth South Metro region. This role is currently being offered in the **Thornlie, Rockingham** and **Peel Region.**

To be considered for this role you will be available to work permanent part time (minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed) with shifts between the hours of 7am - 4pm across **Monday to Friday**.

**About the role**:

- Professionally deliver a variety of services (including: food, laundry, personal care, leisure, interest & domestic cleaning)
- Ensure all living areas of clients homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards
- All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately
- Provide respect and compassion to clients

**About you**:

- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Community Care is preferred
- Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained
- Clean drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willing to obtain required vaccinations
