As Support Worker at ANGEL HELTH SUPPORT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals within our community who require assistance in Disability Services, Aged Crae, and Mental Health, your primary responsibilities will include:
**1.** **Personalized Care**:

- Providing person
- centred care to clients.
- Assisting with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.

**2- Emotional Support**:

- Offering empathic and compassionate support to client, fostering a positive and
- Caring environment.
- Actively engaging un conversations and activities to promote mental wellbeing.

**3- Empowerment and Inclusion**
- Empower clients to achieve their goals by organising and participating actively in the community.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages independence and social
- Integration.
- Supporting clients in developing and maintaining relationship with their family

and Friends.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work
