**Position**: Game Master

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Game Master, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an extraordinary experience. From the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave, you’ll be there to guide, assist, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- **Guest Interaction**: Greet, assist, and ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish. Address any enquiries or concerns quickly and effectively.
- **Room Management**: Brief guests on the rules and supervise their escape room experience, offering hints and support as needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot and adjust game mechanics as needed to maintain smooth gameplay.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with your teammates to keep the space organised, efficient, and welcoming.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with our latest games, puzzles, and offerings to offer the best experience possible.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
