We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Health, Safety & Environment Team within our Operations Division on a full-time, permanent basis as Manager - Environment & Sustainability.

This role will lead the delivery of environment and sustainability outcomes across the business.

**Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Environment and working closely with operational personnel in head office and regional areas, the key deliverables for the role are**:
- Monitor compliance with environmental legislation and maintain key relationships with regulators;- Identification of environmental risks and liaison with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement;- Returning value to growers through cost reductions in energy efficiencies and waste reduction;- Develop, implement and monitor CBH sustainability strategies; and- Conducting environmental audits and the provision of environmental and sustainability reports.- Tertiary qualification, in environmental science or relevant field;- Minimum 8 years’ experience working within a similar role;- Able to effectively plan and manage multiple priorities and activities in line with time and budget commitments; and- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create buy-in and engagement from diverse stakeholder groups.
