
Workforce Reporting Officer

The Workforce Reporting team manage, produce, and distribute regular HR operational reporting and provide consultative HR data services on-demand to QLD government agencies.
Your knowledge of human resources and workforce management systems data (eg Aurion and SAP HR or similar systems) will be called upon daily.
**Some of your key responsibilities include**: - Generation of management, operational and ad-hoc information and reports for senior managers, business units, central agencies and other organisations on human resource and workforce matters. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the available data and the source systems and deliver products within the scope of workforce reporting and ensure the consistent, timely and high-quality reporting of product outputs/outcomes of service. Contributing to accountable, fair and safe work environment embracing human resource management practices including workplace health and safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination and performance management. Undertaking all work deliverables to the highest standards and ensure all work outputs adheres to internal quality assurance methods, frameworks and requirements.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
