**The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) is an independent statutory office established to protect the rights and interests of adults with impaired decisionmaking capacity, and children and young people in the child protection system and other visitable sites.

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of, monitoring, and continually updating, a suite of reports to measure performance and meet the needs of the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Assist in the analysis of data, report writing, and preparation of information for the Public Guardian for use in corporate reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the business unit as required.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, policies and practices to enable high quality systemic reports, including development and distribution of training materials for functional areas.
- Analyse information and data flows involving the Office of Public Guardian functions to ensure performance accountability, security, accuracy and planning needs are met.
- Contribute to operational and strategic planning and the OPG's overall reporting processes, providing relevant reporting, data and information.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of appropriate documentation that supports the functions of the team, including reporting procedures, operational planning, and performance indicators.
- Provide advice to the management teams within the OPG about specific reporting data.
