We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Part-Time Certificate III Trainee in Early Childhood Education.

Our professional Early Childhood Educators will guide and support you through your traineeship and you will receive all the experience you need in a state-of-the-art Childcare Centre.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION
- To work towards an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- To assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the daily program for all the children at the service.
- Actively interact with children, families and staff on a daily basis.
- Assist in planning and preparing the environment, setting up interesting activities, preparing and clearing away resources and educational material.
- Have a commitment to the National Quality Framework, the centre philosophy of education and care and Early Years Learning Framework
- To develop a co-operative relationship with all members of staff, to ensure a smoothly operating service and a consistently caring, secure and active environment for all the children at all times
- To share cleaning responsibilities in ensuring safety of the service environment and equipment
- Be aware of government regulations, guidelines pertaining to children’s services and be competent and prepared to assist the Nominated Supervisor
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the centre and be willing to review policies when required by the service.
- Attend staff meetings
- Any other duties, within the scope of the position, as specified by the Nominated Supervisor.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
