**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Certificate III** Educator to join our supportive and purpose-driven team at **The Kindy Garden ELC**. If you have a deep understanding of the **EYLF**, value respectful relationships with children and families, and want to work in a centre that values sustainability, community, and professionalism, this could be the perfect fit.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences aligned with the **EYLF**:

- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Collaborate closely with a team of like-minded educators
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Contribute to documentation and compliance procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and growth

**What You’ll Bring**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Experience in an early childhood setting
- Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and best practice in early education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training
- A positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
