Mercure Sydney is on the look out for a **Part Time Porter** to join the hotel team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional guest experience at all times
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage
- Respond to guest requests and queries
- Provide a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Ensuring work stations and hotel lobby remain clean and presentable
- Liaising with other team members to ensure seamless service

**Qualifications**
The successful applicant, you will have the following:

- Experience working in Front Office advantageous
- A warm and friendly demeanour and able to make genuine connections with our guests
- Be able to multi-task and effectively communicate with guests
- Have attention to details and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Have excellent grooming and pride in presenting yourself well
- Be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
