**Job Description**:
As our Porter, you will impress guests with a **warm welcome**, lend a helpful **hand with luggage**, **assist with information** and extend an **unforgettable farewell**. You will enjoy being the face of Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and take pride in the important role you play in our guest experience.

The successful applicant will take pride in attending to the smallest of details to complement our professional concierge team

**Qualifications**:
**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service
- Be available to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience with Opera/Fidelio (desirable but not required)
- Previous experience as a Porter or in a Hotel Front Office Environment (desirable but not required)
- Able to strike a conversation with a variety of people
- Timely and efficiently deliver guest amenities
- Proactive nature - we want you to anticipate guests needs and deliver on promises
- Positive attitude & commitment
- Excellent standard of professional presentation
- Physically fit - this role requires you to be on your feet all day and handle luggage; assist guests to and from rooms with luggage
