**Your Opportunity**

A fantastic opportunity is available to join our talented Concierge team, at an exciting time of growth and development for our brand. The Porter will have an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of all luggage delivery to and from the room, assisting with all enquiries and bringing a smile to guests faces.

You will be able to develop your skills while being motivated by the Sydney lifestyle, surrounded by major Sydney icons. With no two guests being alike, our service style reflects this. We believe in delivering mind-blowing services, tailored to the unique needs of our guests.

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, core work activities include:

- Assist guests with your knowledge of Sydney, Walsh Bay and Pier One Sydney Harbour.
- Work a rotating roster including weekends.
- Be the welcoming face of the hotel.
- Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service.
- Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care.

**Skills, Education and Experience**
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
- Opera experience is preferred.
- Personable communication skills.
- Display a growth mindset and display initiative.
- Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others
- Display a passion for the Hospitality industry
- A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary.
- You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts
