**The role**:
PPS are seeking an experienced Site Administrator due to growth within the business, we are looking for someone who has site based experience and a minimum of 2 years’ in a similar role with exceptional attention to detail alongwith a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the Project Manager in the efficient management of the various contracts as directed
- Document control for all site documents
- Assist with deliveries and Stock Control
- Entering data into daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Develop and maintain all site related registers
- Mobilisation of all personnel to site, accommodation, flights for office and field staff
- Freight bookings and Stationary ordering
- Monitor maintenance schedules and book in services / repairs
- Develop and maintain effective site rosters, collect verify and forward staff timesheets to payroll

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (FIFO site-based experience is essential)
- Experience on large-scale projects working for similar companies is desirable
- Ability to cooperate with others in order to accomplish site and project goals
- Highly organised with ability to be flexible in managing competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload
- A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work in a team with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office Suite - Must be an Intermediate user in Word and Excel
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
