**About The Company**

This global, progressive ASX listed organisation are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager to be responsible for the development and delivery of effective marketing, communication, stakeholder management and event activity for the business unit.

**About The Role**

The Marketing and Communication Manager will develop communication collateral that enhances Serco's reputation and work with the Public and Industry Affairs team to support corporate campaigns and identify opportunities for collaboration of cross sector/business unit marketing and communication activities.

**About You**

You have a solid understanding of marketing and communications principles, methodologies and best practice in a commercial environment. You have superior business writing, marketing and communication experience and exceptional attention to detail. You have excellent stakeholder management skills through hands-on experience managing a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
