Geelong, Australia Gateways Support Services Full time

Part time 3 month fixed term role, 30 hours/week.
- Flexibility with days/hours Monday-Friday (must be available Thursdays).

Gateways Support Services vision is to help provide support for children and adults with a disability and their families to maximise their quality of life. **The role**:
As a member of the Central Intake Team based in North Geelong, you will take an active role in delivering a best-practice, holistic team approach to provide Gateways participants access to supports and services which will assist the participant to achieve their goals.

**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Organisational skills, the ability to set objectives and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed problem solving skills, and a willingness to demonstrate initiative, bringing new ideas to the table to solve problems/improve efficiencies.
- Knowledge of the NDIS, other funding bodies and the disability sector.
- While not essential, CareLink and Proda skills would be advantageous.

**The successful applicant will be required to have or willing to obtain prior to starting**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module completion
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
