Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Job Placement Consultant to join our team covering across our Western Melbourne region. In this role you will support our Job Seekers to find sustainable employment.

- Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Business development - sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Coordinate and actively participate in the team’s delivery of services under the workforce Australia contract
- Connecting jobseekers with the right employers so they can maintain long term employment
- Providing personalised support to employers ensuring sustainable workforces
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- Excellent communications skills and ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Team player
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Positive and energetic attitude a must
