In your new role as Marketing Manager, Brand and Engagement you will lead the implementation of the VBA's marketing, brand and engagement strategic direction.
The role provides expert strategic advice on marketing, advertising, engagement, brand management, digital, publications, sponsorship and events management. Reporting to the Head of Media and Public Affairs, the role will actively support the needs of industry, practitioners and consumers through targeted, above the line and below the line campaigns.
Who are we looking for
- Demonstrated experience in managing large scale marketing communications campaign projects, resources and associated budgets.
- Strong verbal, written, editing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and build solid stakeholder relationships
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities for generating workplace innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and taking responsibility for initiating outcomes.
