**About the role**:
As the Grade 2 Social Worker you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to referred patients and families. A regular day will see you undertake assessments, provide numerous social work interventions (including counselling) that support patient recovery and assist patients to discharge from hospital. You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team planning care and attend case conferences. You will also undertake other non clinical activities such as quality improvement work, training and supervision.

**Key responsibilities will see you**:

- **participate in quality improvement, or research**

**You must have**:

- **a degree in Social Work**:

- **ideally have worked in a health related setting**:

- **ability to work and contribute to team culture and work within a multidisciplinary environment**
