**The Opportunity**

As a Functional/Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the deployment of NetSuite and connected Supply Chain systems, initially focusing on a planning tool (Anaplan) and WMS (Manhattan). Joining our team at a pivotal moment, you will work closely with the internal Delivery team, who will have nearly completed the ERP implementation (NetSuite) when you come on board.

This is a 6m contract initially, with the potential to roll on further.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing systems and processes, documenting requirements for integrations between systems and any necessary customisations.
- Identify and analyse issues within current processes, providing recommendations for process improvements and optimisations.
- Conduct thorough testing of new features and functions, ensuring system stability and functionality across all integrated platforms.
- Serve as a key representative in the implementation process, communicating effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure successful integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience in implementing and integrating enterprise systems, preferably with expertise in NetSuite or other similar ERP systems.
- Integration experience with tools like Boomi or Apegee
- Experience with Planning tools (Ideally Anaplan)
- Experience with WMS software (Ideally Manhattan)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and offer effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to ensure the successful deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Location**

At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be split between our Eastern Creek Distribution Centre (2 days per week) and our CBD office (1 day per week). The remainder WHF.
