We are looking to grow our existing warehouse team with a self-motivated Warehouse/Logistics Manager.

This is a genuinely exciting and varied role within one of Australia’s fast growing FMCG's distribution company.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong experience in managing warehouse operations (preferably with food or perishable goods) and in leading great people in a values-driven culture.

Your experience implementing new processes is essential and your exposure to operating with EAP systems will be well regarded. Working within complex, multi-national environments will also be valuable in quickly connecting to our operations and proposing improvements.

Exposure to other areas of logistics such as Warehouse Planning or Shipping coordination, particularly within EAP system workflows, will be highly regarded.

**Duties**:

- Leading all Warehouse and Logistics operations and activities on site, including safety;
- Building processes and EAP system workflows to ensure seamless handling of inbound and outbound product;
- Production and completion of accurate paperwork with high attention to detail;
- Stock location optimisation;
- Ensure prompt and accurate picking, receiving and dispatching of products;
- Coordinating and executing International Shipping commitments
- Follow good housekeeping and sustainable work practices, with a natural focus on safety and quality;
- Representing of the Logistics & Warehouse function in the Management Team;
- Work across ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments;
- Managing daily 3PL partners (Warehouse & Transport);
- Responsible for overall performance of Warehouse Team;
