**Your new role**:

- Coordinate and schedule day-to-day operations of driver runs.
- Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets.
- Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment.
- Lead high level of customer service within the collection teams, investigate and resolve service issues.
- Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of collection runs and service delivery.
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on labour efficiencies and overall cost management.
- Lead performance management investigations and outcomes.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems.
- Moderate experience within the transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries.
- Knowledge of HSE.
- Ability to work independently.
- Intermediates Excel and Word experience.
