We collaborate closely with Destination NSW, major sporting codes and promoters to excite and entertain the people of NSW with a rich and varied calendar of major events.

Reporting to the Event Staff Customer Service Manager, this role will work to ensure all customers receive an excellent customer service experience by providing memorable greetings, exceptional service delivery and resolving customer problems.

Position requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Willing to have a police check done prior to interview
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated time management, administration, and organisational skills.
- Clear written and excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate and negotiate.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and consultatively as a team member.

What you will have:

- Availability to work on all event days
- Cash register experience and tap beer experience will be highly regarded
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- High calibre of customer service and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- A valid RSA or willing to obtain (We are happy to help)
- Up-to-date Covid Vaccinations

**Salary**: $29.99 - $34.99 per hour
