**The Role**
Are you a strategic Organisational Development professional passionate about transforming workplace potential? We are seeking an exceptional OD Specialist to be the catalyst for meaningful organisational change. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to bridge critical gaps between capability, culture, and strategy. Your expertise will design and implement innovative solutions and programs that build an agile, future-ready workforce, effectively driving our business strategy forward. If you are a change agent who thrives on creating impactful, sustainable organisational transformation, this role is your opportunity to make a significant difference.
**Some of your key accountabilities**:
- Design and implement comprehensive leadership development programs, including succession planning and onboarding initiatives.
- Lead cultural transformation strategies, conducting regular consultations to enhance workplace inclusivity and engagement.
- Deliver evidence-based training on leadership, culture, and organisational effectiveness topics.
- Manage the full lifecycle of OD initiatives, from scoping to post-implementation reviews, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement innovative technology solutions and best practices to support and advance OD initiatives.

With a practical, pragmatic, and improvement-focused approach, your passion for organisational development inspires transformation at all levels. Your exceptional relationship management skills and ability to build trust will be the cornerstone of your success, allowing you to influence a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional Facilitation and Coaching Skills, confidence in facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, possessing strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Data-Driven Approach with focus on data-driven decision-making, with experience leveraging analytics to drive cultural transformation projects and will be skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Extensive Organisational Development Experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing cultural transformation projects and possess experience working in multi-industry and multi-location organisations.
- A tertiary qualification in relevant field is highly desirable, along with PROSCI or change management certifications and facilitation certifications such as Hogans, Korn Ferry, DiSC, or similar
